Fund Accountant – Luxembourg

Redbridge Recruitment is supporting an independent private investment firm in the search for a Fund Accountant to join its Luxembourg office.

About the Company:

Private investment firm working on company financing and complex credit situations across Europe.

The firm runs several funds and offers a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team.

The Role:

You will take ownership of the full fund accounting and NAV process for Luxembourg-based vehicles and support the firm’s growth through process and system improvements.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and review monthly NAVs for Luxembourg funds
• Maintain statutory books, SPVs and intra-group balances
• Manage cash, payments and invoice processing
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax and legal advisers
• Support KYC/AML processes for investors
• Prepare reports for auditors, regulators and investors
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to improve month-end efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Good NAV producing experience
• ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification
• 2–4+ years of experience in Luxembourg fund accounting, audit or administration
• Fluent English (French or German is a plus)
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a hands-on environment
