Fund Accountant – Luxembourg
Redbridge Recruitment is supporting an independent private investment firm in the search for a Fund Accountant to join its Luxembourg office.
About the Company:
Private investment firm working on company financing and complex credit situations across Europe.
The firm runs several funds and offers a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team.
The Role:
You will take ownership of the full fund accounting and NAV process for Luxembourg-based vehicles and support the firm’s growth through process and system improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and review monthly NAVs for Luxembourg funds
- Maintain statutory books, SPVs and intra-group balances
- Manage cash, payments and invoice processing
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax and legal advisers
- Support KYC/AML processes for investors
- Prepare reports for auditors, regulators and investors
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to improve month-end efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Good NAV producing experience
- ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification
- 2–4+ years of experience in Luxembourg fund accounting, audit or administration
- Fluent English (French or German is a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a hands-on environment
