Your role will be:
- Conduct Functional Analyses: analyze the functions performed, assets used and risk assumed by entities being part of a group in various industries to determine their contribution to the value chain and ensure appropriate pricing of intergroup transactions (with a focus on financial transactions).
- Assist with Transfer Pricing Documentation Preparation: Draft Local Files, Master Files, and other transfer pricing compliance reports to meet OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Support Economic and Financial Analysis and perform Benchmarking Analysis: Use specialized databases to identify comparable companies and transactions and determine arm's length pricing for intercompany transactions.
- Advise on all aspects of intercompany pricing between related business entities, including in particular, financing transactions, services and others;
Your profile:
- You hold a University degree (Economics, accounting or tax law);
- You have an experience between 2 to 4 years in the transfer pricing service of a consulting organisation or a law firm and have developed at this occasion strong knowledge of transfer pricing concepts;
- You are hard worker with entrepreneur spirit, eager to learn by yourself, communicative, empathetic, open to receive feedback and team oriented;
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
