Task Responsibilities:

  • Support projects or lead streams of the Cargolux project portfolio with the guidance of an experienced program manager in accordance to Cargolux's methodology.
  • Report to the program manager with meaningful updates and insights into the scope, progress, and status of the projects to create visibility to senior management.
  • Conduct fact-finding initiatives for senior management and convey actionable business insights for fact-based decision making.
  • Support the development and implementation of the EPMO structure and framework.
  • Ensure that Cargolux project management methodology is integrated into daily project management activities.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to avoid conflicts.
  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with the project teams to ensure alignment, involvement and support.
  • Regularly challenge progress and identify barriers early so that they can be removed with the help of the program manager (if needed).
  • The position holder will be required to adhere to all applicable internal policies and procedures as well as to laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate best practice.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading transformation projects involving cross-functional teams, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, showcasing adeptness in implementing projects with a robust communication and people change management strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in problem identification, root cause analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Project and change management certifications (such as PMP, Prince2 or Prosci , CCMP) would be considered as an advantage.
  • First experience within the Aircraft MRO would be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages such as French and German are considered as an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position is based in Luxembourg.
  • Temporary position for 12 months.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • A Certificate of good conduct ( Casier judiciaire , Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ) will be required in case of positive selection.
