For a leading financial technology organization, we’re looking for a Senior Android Developer who wants to build scalable, secure, and future-proof mobile solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

As part of a strong engineering department, you’ll work on the core of a widely used Android application, helping teams move faster through shared libraries, modern architecture, and smart engineering choices. You’ll join a DevOps-oriented culture that values autonomy, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

You’ll focus on impact, quality, and innovation. Your top priorities include:

• Developing and maintaining shared libraries and frameworks to enable efficient feature development
• Driving research and innovation, exploring new technologies and methodologies
• Actively contributing to Android Guild activities and knowledge sharing

New initiatives you’ll work on:

• Migrating Customer Onboarding modules to Jetpack Compose for reusability
• Improving feature module APIs and dependency injection
• Designing and implementing a robust error-handling mechanism
• Implementing new tracking to measure conversion and user behavior

What you bring (Must-haves)

• 8+ years of experience as an Android Developer
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin
• Deep knowledge of modular Android architecture
• Solid experience with testing strategies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
• A mindset focused on innovation, adaptability, and quality

Nice to have

• Coaching or mentoring experience
• Experience with Firebase products
• Familiarity with Koin
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
