⚡ Commercial Product Manager – E-Mobility

📍 Amsterdam, hybrid – 3 days per week on-site

💶 Up to €90 000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance) + company car

5V Tech is supporting a leading player in the energy and E-mobility sector to hire a Commercial Product Manager for their growing public charging business.

In this role, you’ll bridge technical expertise and commercial insight, driving the success of the product portfolio by understanding market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, and Sales to shape the commercial direction of innovative charging solutions that support the clean energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the commercial product strategy within the public charging segment

• Bridge market intelligence and R&D to influence roadmap and positioning

• Engage with customers, partners, and marketing to capture real market needs

• Collaborate with Sales on product launches, enablement, and go-to-market plans

• Track performance and identify business opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within the EV or clean energy sector

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate customer needs into product strategy

• Technical background or understanding of AC Charging hardware and energy systems

• Confident communicator who enjoys being out in the market and interacting with customers directly
