We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own and shape everything digital at Minga London. This role is central to how our brand is experienced online, from website and app to emails, design systems, and all digital touchpoints.
You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually striking, and brand-led digital experiences that feel unmistakably Minga. Working closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and development teams, you will translate our bold, grunge / Y2K-inspired identity into seamless user journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term brand love.
This role goes beyond visuals: you will think strategically about user behaviour, flows, and performance, while maintaining a strong creative point of view.
- Design and continuously evolve Minga’s digital ecosystem, including website, app, emails, and future digital products.
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX process: user research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive digital design system, including components, UI patterns, typography, and interaction guidelines.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect Minga’s brand identity while remaining intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketing, CRM, and development teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences.
- Design engaging email layouts and digital assets that align with campaigns, drops, and brand storytelling.
- Analyse user behaviour, performance data, and usability insights to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, digital culture, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the brand.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital design work (web, app, email, or product design).
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centred design, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across desktop, mobile, and app environments.
- Ability to balance strong creative vision with usability, performance, and business goals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of Minga’s audience and aesthetic, with the ability to translate brand energy into digital experiences.
- Bonus: basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar) is highly valued, enabling closer collaboration with developers and more realistic, scalable design solutions.
- Highly creative with a strong visual eye and digital sensibility.
- Strategic thinker who understands how design impacts user behaviour and brand growth.
- Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working across teams.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and building meaningful online experiences.
