About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects to lead end-to-end initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, functional analysis skills (business analysis), experience in project reporting, and the ability to operate in an Agile/Scrum environment, including taking on Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects related to SailPoint IdentityIQ / IAM
- Plan, coordinate, and track all project phases, including: scope and objective definition, planning and resource allocation, milestones, timeline, and risk management;
- Ensure alignment with HR, Security, and IT stakeholders, maintaining consistency with HR processes and identity lifecycle requirements
- Produce and maintain project reporting (status, risks, dependencies, KPIs);
- Support requirements gathering and formalization (business analysis), translating needs into clear deliverables;
- Facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies and practices, acting as Scrum Master when required;
- Coordinate validation and testing activities, including: defining test approach and methodology, supporting UAT and defect/incident follow-up;
- Ensure project documentation quality and governance;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices.
Required Skills:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ experience (IAM/IGA projects);
- Strong Project Management skills (end-to-end delivery, planning, execution, risk management);
- Knowledge of HR Processes (joiners/movers/leavers, onboarding/offboarding, HR-driven identity lifecycle);
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Ability to act as a Scrum Master (facilitation of ceremonies, team support);
- Strong Project Reporting skills (status reports, KPIs, risk & dependency tracking);
- Solid Business Analysis skills (requirements gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder alignment);
- Knowledge of Testing Methodology (test planning, UAT support, defect tracking, validation);
- English level B2.
