Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Set up and improve programme management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting critical paths.
- Facilitate communication and engagement across distributed teams and senior leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management methodologies and standards.
- Mentor and support project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, multi-project initiatives within international and multicultural environments.
- Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client-facing projects effectively.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments with clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and manage constraints across multiple project workstreams.
- Strong adaptability to environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Certification in recognised project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (Agile).
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across different countries and time zones.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
