Web Designer (UX/UI)

Contract Duration: 6–12 months + extensions

Location: Remote from Spain

Start Date: Early January 2026

Utilisation: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

Language: Fluent in Spanish & English

Hourly Rate: €25–€27 (Gross)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• 4+ years of experience in Figma (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, UX heuristics, and usability principles.
• Excellent communication skills (internal team & client-facing).
• Proven experience designing responsive, mobile-first layouts.
• Experience delivering high-quality design for complex web/app interfaces (accessibility, scalability, responsiveness).
• Strong design sense with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability.
• Proactive mindset, independence, and desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality UI assets and web interfaces
• Ensure usability, accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness across all digital design output.
• Deliver intuitive, mobile-first, user-centered designs using best industry practices.
• Recommend new UX/UI features, improvements, and best-practice enhancements.
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints through proper governance and adherence to design rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
