This role focuses on developing an AI-driven agent to automate lead qualification and appointment scheduling for a sales team. The project requires designing and implementing a system that ingests leads from multiple sources, evaluates their quality based on defined criteria such as industry, company size, urgency, and budget, and assigns a lead score (hot, warm, or cold). The agent will automate follow-up actions, including sending personalized emails, proposing meeting times, updating CRM records, and notifying the sales team. The system should continuously learn from conversion outcomes to refine its communication and scoring strategies. You will collaborate closely with a business project lead who will provide detailed business logic, use cases, and oversee project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building production-ready AI solutions, automation workflows, and API integrations.

Deliverables
- Design and develop an AI agent for automated lead intake, scoring, and appointment setting
- Integrate the agent with various lead sources and CRM systems
- Implement automated communication workflows based on lead scores
- Develop a feedback loop for continuous learning and optimization of lead conversion strategies
- Collaborate with the business project lead to align technical solutions with business requirements
- Ensure the solution is robust, scalable, and production-ready
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered automation solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Expertise in API development and integration with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, email services)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for lead scoring and process optimization
- Experience with workflow automation tools and frameworks
- Ability to design systems that are reliable, maintainable, and secure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for ongoing collaboration on a long-term project
- Experience working with sales or customer operations processes is a plus
