- Support the design and implementation of customer journey strategies based on defined guidelines.
- Execute personalization initiatives within the available tools, in alignment with established business rules.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of active customer journeys, identifying optimization and improvement opportunities.
- Configure audiences and automation rules based on defined segments and triggers.
- Participate in continuous improvement and/or innovation initiatives.
