Scrum Master

We are looking for a German-speaking Scrum Master for one of our clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Organise and moderate Scrum processes and events within the team,
• Support the Product Owner in identifying and communicating customer needs,
• Work with external stakeholders,
• Improve the Agile methods within the company.

What we expect:

• Solid experience as a Scrum Master and knowledge of Agile methods,
• Proven experience in IT product or services teams,
• Good communication skills,
• German and English fluent.

Location: Bern

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
