We are looking for a German-speaking Scrum Master for one of our clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Organise and moderate Scrum processes and events within the team,
- Support the Product Owner in identifying and communicating customer needs,
- Work with external stakeholders,
- Improve the Agile methods within the company.
What we expect:
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master and knowledge of Agile methods,
- Proven experience in IT product or services teams,
- Good communication skills,
- German and English fluent.
Location: Bern
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
