Senior Dev Lead

What You'll Do:

• You'll lead and develop web applications—introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features.
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts.
• Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with strong proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Scala, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Prior experience managing an engineering team is a plus
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions
• Product-minded: dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Committed to quality through sound design principles, automated testing, and thorough documentation
• Passionate about shipping performant, reliable software
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
