Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three people managers:
- ISV Senior Director Sales (primary manager)
- ISV Customer Success Unit (CSU) Lead
- ISV Specialist Team Unit (STU) Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedule including arranging internal / external calls and meetings (Peter & Ruthy)
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation and, if needed, transportation for business trips (Peter).
- Meeting Coordination: Organize logistics (meeting room, catering, dinner) for in-person meetings (Peter, Crilles & Ruthy)
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including creation of purchase orders and expense reports for submission in the MyExpense tool following trips (Peter & Crilles).
- Project Assistance: Assist with various projects and initiatives like customer events, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure that Microsoft Policies (travel, expense, purchase order, etc) are followed (All)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Ideally previous working experience at Microsoft
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- Familiarity with the technology industry.
- Knowledge of travel and event planning.
