We focus on our customers' data and design solutions through technology-independent consulting. The Competence Center is responsible for the implementation of complex big data and cloud analytics projects for our well-known customers. As a DevOps Engineer (all genders) you are part of an innovative and constantly growing team and are responsible for stable and sustainable data platforms. You benefit from experienced colleagues and complete a special training program to expand and deepen your knowledge.

In detail, you will take on the following tasks:

• Design and optimization of sustainable analytics platforms
• Infrastructure-related implementation of IAM, security, network and CI/CD concepts
• Project-based implementation of cloud and infrastructure requirements with AWS, Azure and GCP
• Monitoring of data pipelines and general platform stability
• Sustainable and innovative development of technical data platforms
• Continuous further training in technologies from the cloud and software engineering environment in order to advise our customers as a consultant

YOUR SKILLS

• In the mood for data: You are enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge about applications, technologies and tools in the context of data analytics.
• Based on a completed degree (or similar) you have already gained experience with the cloud analytics ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) or the big data ecosystem (Hadoop, Kafka, ...).
• You have know-how in software development with Java, Scala or Python and in this context also have initial experience with build tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as B. Maven, Sbt, Git or Gradle.
• You can classify cloud strategies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS and understand the different concepts and IaC technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• You can formulate SQL queries and thus run queries against different databases.
• Varied project business through regional and national projects.
• Advanced English Language skills, German language skills are a plus

About adesso Romania

adesso is providing IT delivery, consultancy and software solutions with international teams. The new subsidiary, adesso Romania, is based in Bucharest. It is to begin supporting adesso’s international delivery network (www.adesso-smartshore.com) in staffing and logistical terms effective immediately.

Around 1000 of the more than 12000 employees in the adesso Group already work for customers in Europe at adesso’s SmartShore locations in Turkey, Bulgaria and Spain. Main technology stack is Java, .NET, FE, Mobile App Development, MS Power Platform, and DevOps.

The IT experts work on digitalization projects as part of international project teams.
