Global Analytics Platform Lead

At Q-tech, we are currently seeking a Global Analytics Platform Lead, who will spearhead the digital transformation of an international group undergoing a major modernization of its processes and systems:

The role will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and sustainability, within a Global Data Center of Excellence (Data CoE).

Scope: Corporate, with global impact across all countries of the group. In this context, the Analytics function becomes a strategic pillar.

Your mission:

• Lead the design and implementation of BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the corporate reporting ecosystem, working with technologies such as Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with data architects, business teams, and international stakeholders to transform data into strategic insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulations (GDPR).
• Evaluate new technologies and maintain a modern, innovative ecosystem.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years of experience in reporting and analytics in multinational environments
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Strong command of modern BI platforms (Power BI, Azure, Databricks)
• High level of English (fluent)
• Strategic vision combined with the ability to deliver concrete projects

Highly valued:

• Previous experience in digital transformation projects
• Ability to influence senior management
