ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who:

• Improve the public website and blog to deliver an exceptional user experience;
• Focus on site performance and user engagement by analyzing key metrics;
• Guide and mentor designers across squads;
• Challenge the team to push creative and functional boundaries.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in website design with a strong focus on usability and accessibility;
• Experience in developing and maintaining Design Systems;
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies;
• Experience in video production for blogs or product websites;
• Skills in motion design to enhance interactive elements.
