Location and Working Pattern

Stockholm. This is a permanent, full-time position. Hybrid working with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week working from home.

The Team

Hubexo is building a global, scalable approach to launching and scaling next-generation SaaS products. We are on a transformation journey, standardising what should be global, while staying pragmatic about what must remain local. This work sits at the centre of our commercial digitalisation agenda and has direct impact on adoption, customer outcomes and long-term scalability.

The Role

As Go-to-Market Manager/Planner, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the rollout programme for our next-generation global SaaS products.

You will translate product strategy and roadmap into structured launch plans and cross-functional readiness across regions, ensuring we land change in-market with clarity, pace and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the rollout programme end-to-end, including governance, workstreams, milestones, dependencies and stakeholder cadence
  • Define readiness criteria and track progress through clear KPIs, ensuring visibility, accountability and follow-through
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Sales, KAM, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Success, Legal, Business Systems and other stakeholders
  • Translate product changes into practical implications for execution, including enablement needs, customer journeys, handovers and lifecycle communications
  • Align global priorities with regional realities, driving clear decisions when trade-offs exist and sequencing must change
  • Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate mitigation plans and maintain momentum through influence and structured problem-solving
  • Lead or support customer migration, transition and product sunsetting programmes, protecting operational readiness and customer outcomes
  • Support customer communications related to product changes and transitions, aligned to the customer journey

About You

  • Solid experience delivering complex rollout programmes, transformation initiatives or cross-functional launches in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience from management consulting or a similar environment is genuinely preferred, with strong capability in structuring complex problems and driving delivery through stakeholders
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B technology or digital products, with a strong understanding of landing change across customer-facing teams
  • A structured, consulting-style approach to problem-solving and delivery, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Commercially driven and customer-focused, planning backwards from adoption, customer value and impact
  • Comfortable adapting plans across different strategic contexts, legal requirements, competitive dynamics and regional realities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work credibly with senior leaders across functions and regions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment and decisions
  • High ownership mentality with pace, accountability and follow-through

Why Hubexo

  • You will play a central role in delivering a global shift from fragmented regional launches to repeatable rollout capability for global SaaS products
  • You will work closely with senior product and commercial leaders and have real influence on launch sequencing, readiness decisions and dependency management
  • You will own visible programmes end-to-end, with clear success measures and the scope to build repeatable rollout ways of working
  • You will join a culture that expects ownership and follow-through, and backs it with trust, access and the space to deliver meaningful change
  • If you enjoy taking unclear problems, creating structure fast and delivering measurable outcomes through senior stakeholder alignment, you will thrive here

Ready to build your future

If you want a central role in delivering successful SaaS rollouts and enabling consistent execution across regions in a complex, fast-moving environment, we would like to hear from you.
