Moneta is looking for a "Financial Controller" for a global finance company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budget and ensure ongoing tracking,
• Conduct weekly and monthly budget meetings with C-level executives, providing, performance updates and strategic insights,
• Produce financial forecasts to support decision-making,
• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis,
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports and evaluate project performance,
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability,
• Execute month-end closing activities,
• Participate in ERP system integration projects and drive continuous improvements,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree,
• 7-10 years of experience in the field, particularly in financial control or similar positions,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders,
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines,
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards,
