✨ What You’ll Be Rocking
- Manage and monitor projects end-to-end, create project plans, and provide support in reporting processes.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes.
- Coordinate with business units to gather and analyze requirements and prepare technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and obstacles, develop solutions, and report findings.
- Follow technological developments and propose innovative solutions in digital transformation and automation.
- Utilize project management and reporting tools effectively.
- Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Support testing and control processes, monitor RPA bot performance, and implement improvements.
- Track and report on RPA performance metrics and ensure continuous stability of automated processes.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives, supporting operational excellence goals.
🎯 The Perfect Fit
- A 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mathematical Engineering, able to commit at least 4 days per week.
- Interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinker, and problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and capable of tracking projects effectively.
- Open to technological advancements.
