Card and Payment Systems Product Manager Senior / Junior

ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a teammate to be recruited in Retail Banking Department under our Head Office building located in Maslak, Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Manage card sales network, card processing, field sales,
• Manage and develop POS and payment systems product,
• Manage and develop processes and relationships with card management, stakeholders, including card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Troy, etc.), BKM, processors, card printing vendors, and courier companies,
• Responsible for KPIs of the managed products,
• Develop sales channels,
• Follow new technologies and the Fintech ecosystem in the world.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in card payment systems (credit card and debit card) within banking industry,
• Being able to use issue&project tracking programs,
• Familiarity with card production processes,
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, strong sales, marketing skills,
• Highly motivated, proactive and self-disciplined personality,
• Proactive, hands-on, and goal-oriented mindset,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs.
