Our role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior UX/UI Specialist with SEO expertize to help shape user-friendly and search-optimized digital experiences for Securitas Public Websites. This hybrid role combines user-centered design thinking with a hands-on approach to search engine optimization (SEO). You will work closely with designers, developers, content editors, and marketers to improve both the usability and visibility of our websites.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI Design:
- Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD.
- Apply UX best practices to design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Assist in conducting user testing, journey mapping, and collecting feedback to improve experiences.Document design decisions and guidelines, prepare handover materials.
SEO Tasks:
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, image alt texts, and URL structures.
- Assist with content optimization for SEO, including reviewing readability, keyword usage, and linking strategy.
- Help monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Identify and flag technical SEO issues (broken links, page speed, mobile-friendliness) in collaboration with developers.
- Support creation of SEO reports and track performance metrics.
Required Experience
Must have:
- 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design and SEO (internships or coursework also considered).
- Basic knowledge of UX design principles and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Foundational SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how design and SEO elements interact on the front end.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Being a great team player with self-driven & proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn across disciplines.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and review or edit content for SEO and usability.
Nice to have:
- Experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely).
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and Core Web Vitals.
- Exposure to content writing or content design.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum environments and tools like Azure DevOps.
Working conditions
This role is open for candidates based in Poland, Warsaw preferred. Hybrid working model is applicable:
- 2 times per week from the office for employees based in Warsaw
- 1 time per month from the office for employees based outside of Warsaw.
Occasional international travel might be required.
