As our Marketing Artist, you'll be the creative mastermind behind everything users see - from the ads that draw them in to the interfaces that keep them engaged.

Your Mission:

• Create scroll-stopping static and video ads that convert viewers into users across all platforms
• Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces that make our apps feel effortless and addictive
• Develop complete visual campaigns from concept to execution across digital channels
• Shape product design decisions that directly impact user experience and retention
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Establish design standards that will scale as we become a market leader

We Need Someone Who:

• Portfolio is mandatory - show us diverse work that converts and engages
• Holds a university degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field (preferred)
• Has 1+ years of design experience in mobile apps, digital marketing, or gaming sector
• Masters Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design work
• Understands user experience principles and conversion-focused design
• Thrives under pressure and loves the challenge of building something extraordinary
• Offers creative problem-solving with multiple innovative approaches
• Is ready to work full-time in our Ankara office - collaboration happens best in person
