We are looking for a talented, motivated "Artificial Intelligence Engineer". If you are a master of our skill-set but has the flexibility and openness to learn new things and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions on corporate data
• Perform fine-tuning and prompt engineering on Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop autonomous AI Agents and design agentic architectures
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from concept to production (MLOps)
• Follow academic research and industry trends and integrate them into projects
• Work closely with product, software, and other teams

Required Qualifications

1. AI / ML Skills

• Strong theoretical background in machine learning, deep learning, statistics, and probability
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
• Knowledge of CNN, RNN, and especially Transformer architectures

2. Generative AI Expertise

• Experience designing enterprise-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, Mistral, etc.)
• Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and PEFT techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar
• Strong understanding of core concepts such as ReAct (Reason + Act)
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar architectures

3. AI Ops, Data, and System Requirements

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model tracking, and model registry
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience managing end-to-end ML pipelines using Kubeflow Pipelines or Airflow
• Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus)
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
