What You’ll Do

✔Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Data Science solutions, individually or collaboratively, for clients across various industries

✔ Validate, preprocess, and transform data to extract meaningful insights, enhance data quality, and build efficient, reliable ML models using Python/Spark/SQL

✔ Deploy and operationalize ML models in cloud environments, implementing robust monitoring, error handling, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration.

✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project goals, data strategies, and technical solutions.

✔ Develop LLM-based applications (Chatbots, AI Agents) to facilitate faster information retrieval from structured and unstructured internal and external data.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a ML Engineer,Data Scientist or related field.

🔹 Proficiency in Python/SQL/PySpark with experience in DS frameworks such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, scipy, and xgboost.

🔹Familiarity with ML concepts including tree-based models, time-series, gradient boosting, feature engineering, hyperparameter tunning, and model interpretability.

🔹Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Databricks / MS Fabric.

🔹 Eager to explore new technologies and stay up to date with modern data solutions.

Nice To Have

🔹Familiarity with LLM-based applications, including RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and having experience with one of the LLM API provider.

🔹Strong foundation in probability, statistics and Bayesian methods.

🔹Data visualization skills using Power BI.

🔹Prior experience working in FMCG or business areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, RGM, Sales & Operation Planning, and HR.

🔹Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance using tools like GitHub/Azure DevOps, Docker, and MLflow.

🔹Expierience with presenting project process and results to non-technical people
