What do we expect from our new team member?

• Manage and execute talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and competency management processes for the assigned departments/functions.
• Identify training and development needs in line with sectoral trends and the needs of responsible departments/functions; plan and manage the related budgets.
• Contribute actively to organizational development initiatives and take an active role in HR projects, ensuring their implementation within the responsible departments/functions.
• Lead and support change management processes across the organization.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of existing and new HR practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to design and implement innovative and effective HR strategies.
• Provide data-driven analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment by promoting Eczacıbaşı values.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset
