Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, development or academy-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Canva, LMS platforms, e-learning tools, SurveyMonkey, Movie Maker etc.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to collaborate wirh global stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering corporate presentations
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; outgoing and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, able to initiative, and eager to learn
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Must have a valid work permit in Turkey


Job Description:


  • Support the development and execution of training and development strategies aligned with business priorities and company culture
  • Manage academy programs end-to-end
  • Identify learning and development needs across the organization and contribute to the annual training roadmap
  • Coordinate and manage LMS and training portals processes, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and follow-up
  • Design, develop, and enhance digital learning content using tools such as Canva, LMS platforms, and other e-learning technologies
  • Take an active role in the planning and execuiton of training sessions, workshops, and development events, including logistical coordination
  • Colloborate closely with global stakeholders and contribute to projects carried out in partnership with AXA Group
  • Track training effectiveness, analyze feedback and data, and proactively propose improvement actions
