Position: Projects Executive

Location: Dentakay HQ - İstanbul / Bahçelievler

Responsibilities:

• Accurately planning, tracking, and monitoring strategic initiatives such as growth projects, investments, and new market entries
• Establishing and maintaining project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and KPIs
• Monitoring risks, dependencies, and progress across multiple initiatives
• Ensuring coordination and alignment between project owners and senior leadership
• Preparing clear, concise, and action-oriented reports to support executive decision-making
• Supporting the disciplined and healthy execution of several strategic projects in parallel by applying PMO best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
• Proven experience in independently managing and tracking strategic or cross-functional projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset; structured, detail-oriented, and inquisitive
• Comfortable working in an execution-focused role, following up on progress and outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken)
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
