Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, statistics, MIS or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid background in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being advantageous.
• Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes would be highly desirable.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools and technologies, including data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Proven track record in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL & MongoDB, as well as experience working with databases and data warehouses.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and principles of data modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations and best practices
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and changing requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, using data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that aid in making informed business decisions.

Job Descrıptıon

• Gain a deep understanding of the data requirements of the company and conduct data analysis to fulfill business needs.
• Collaborate closely with various business units and the management team to identify data analysis project requirements and determine the datasets to be analyzed
• Explore and assess data sources, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data for analysis purposes.
• Create and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to provide valuable insights and support the decision-making process
• Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations
