Our sales team is pivotal to driving growth and establishing a competitive edge in the market. By effectively managing client relationships, understanding technological solutions and adapting to market dynamics, the sales team significantly contribute to the company’s success.


This team plays a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding market share in the competitive telecom industry.


What is expected from you?

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and experienced Senior Sales Professional to drive the growth and expansion of our company in Middle East. In this strategic and impactful role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of the sales strategy, focusing on both generating new business opportunities and managing existing key accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in creating large-scale engagements, fostering long-term customer relationships, and delivering significant business value for both the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of the company by generating large-scale engagements with telecom service providers, ISPs, Utilities, Defence organisations and enterprises - ensuring mutual success for both the company and its customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy within your assigned territory, aligning with the company’s global go-to-market (GTM) approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business and operational challenges, and providing tailored solutions that drive value for both parties.
  • Cultivate a strong base of new business, successfully winning new clients and building long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Engage with executives, middle management and planning teams to drive customer satisfaction and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and sales presentations, effectively positioning the company against competitors.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Regularly report on market development and opportunity status, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
  • Frequent travel will be required for customer engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Engineering Graduate is preferred but not mandatory; Postgraduate degree in Business Administration will be an advantage
  • 16+ years of experience in sales, specifically targeting telecom services providers and the telecom market segment.
  • Proven track record of success in Middle East region, with a deep understanding of local dynamics and customer needs.
  • Local dialect will be an advantage

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications market and familiarity with local systems integrators/channel partners in Middle East.
  • Experience selling wireline portfolio but not limited to Optical Transport, IP and Broadband Access (FTTH). Experience in 4G/5G wireless technologies will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in the telecom service providers, ISPs, Data Centre, OTTs & Utilities organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong reporting skills to communicate market development and opportunities in a clear and professional manner.
  • A willingness to travel frequently for business.

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating cross-functionally to meet company objectives.
  • "Hunter" mentality—able to drive new business through proactive sales efforts.
  • Previous experience working with Telecom Networking Organizations, ideally with a personal network within the target market.
  • Proven experience in selling multimillion-dollar, multiyear engagements with significant customer impact.
