Nestled in the heart of Telemark, Dalen Hotel is a fairytale destination dating back to 1894. Built in the distinctive Norwegian Dragon Style, the hotel features 49 individually designed rooms, a grand hall, historic lounges, a fine dining restaurant, and lush gardens. Our award-winning hotel is renowned for its timeless charm, offering a unique experience to every guest.
About The Role
As a waiter you will be delivering a high-end classic dinner service with set menus of three and five courses that are served in the main dining room, à la carte lunch and afternoon tea on the terrace during lunch hours and breakfast service.
Restaurant Bandak is a gourmet establishment with high ambitions, where classic French cuisine is masterfully crafted using local products from Telemark and Norway. Our hotel breakfast is served with a combination of a small buffet and à la carte options. Guests can enjoy lunch and the picturesque afternoon tea in our elegant salons or on the terrace, which boasts stunning views of Lake Bandak. For dinner, we present meticulously curated set menus in the grand dining room.
