Our FinTech Client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with GoLang and Node.js expertise. They require a Full Stack Engineer who is a technically capable, customer-facing engineer to support client implementations and integrations within a cloud-native platform. The role focuses on adapting existing systems to customer needs through configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, rather than building core platform features.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and scripting, with hands-on experience in strongly typed languages and backend services (e.g., TypeScript, Go, or similar)
• Essential to have expertise with Go and Node.js
• Experience building and maintaining client-specific adapters, including data mapping, API integrations, and multi-tenant configuration
• Strong experience debugging cloud-native environments, including:
• Relational databases
• Container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Durable or workflow-based execution systems
• Observability tooling such as logs and distributed traces
• Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues across distributed systems
• Ownership mindset with accountability for client success and delivery outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, particularly for technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborative approach when working with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams, as well as external clients
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements and business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment around prioritization and escalation
• Experience in client-facing technical roles is preferred, though strong engineers looking to move closer to customers are encouraged to apply
