About The Role

As a Global Learning Specialist in Group People & Leadership Development, you will be part of a global function shaping how leadership, learning, and professional growth evolve across DNV. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, people development, and organizational transformation, you will contribute to initiatives that strengthen digital capability and future-fit skills across the organization.

The role offers broad exposure across business areas, cultures, and leadership levels, and provides the opportunity to influence how development is experienced at scale - while working closely with senior leaders, experts, and key stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn company strategy into a clear learning plan that builds important future skills, digital know-how, and strong leadership.
  • Create and improve learning programs that mix online, in-person, social, and on-the-job training for leaders and experts worldwide.
  • Promote and guide the use of digital learning tools and try new methods.
  • Work with senior leaders, HR partners, and business experts to understand skill gaps and make sure programs are used globally.
  • Set success measures, analyze learning data, and share reports to help improve programs.
  • Make sure all programs follow DNV rules for quality, compliance, and data protection, keeping a consistent global learning brand.
  • Build coaching and feedback systems and include them in leadership programs to support lasting behavior change.

This is a temporary project position for two years.

About You

We are looking for a professional who combines a strategic perspective with a strong interest in people, learning, and organizational development. You bring:

  • Learning and Development (L&D) experience - preferably in a global setting.
  • Knowledge of leadership development and digital learning.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in leading strategic projects in a global environment
  • A structured, curious, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
  • The ability to operate at a strategic level while also engaging in hands-on/operational tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders and experts
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in an international setting
