Project Coordinator- Interiors/Fit- Out

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables between design and site teams
• Track project progress, approvals, and submissions
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Maintain organized project files, records, and reports
• Support procurement processes by coordinating materials, finishes, and FF&E schedules
• Participate in site meetings and follow up on action items
• Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in interiors, fit-out, or construction projects is preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
