Project Coordinator- Interiors/Fit- Out
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables between design and site teams
- Track project progress, approvals, and submissions
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain workflow
- Maintain organized project files, records, and reports
- Support procurement processes by coordinating materials, finishes, and FF&E schedules
- Participate in site meetings and follow up on action items
- Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in interiors, fit-out, or construction projects is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
