Provide advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
Perform RCA and problem management for recurring network issues
Manage routing, switching, BGP/OSPF, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP services
Review and approve network changes as part of CAB
Ensure network compliance, backup configurations, and security hardening
the ideal candidate should have hands on experience as the environment consists of CISCO DNAC,FTD,cisco ISE, and WLC
Candidate should know about F5- LB, configuring and managing policy
Firewall skills the site has Palo Alto, expertise in managing is must.
