- Serve as the liaison between the Project Manager, customers, and vendors.
- Document and communicate project costs, forecasts, and procedures to the management team.
- Identify and communicate conflicts within project teams, create contingency plans, and mitigate risks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Manage project activities including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting.
- Participate in operations meetings to solicit feedback and ensure expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and coordinate with contractors for site approvals.
- Evaluate and qualify potential subcontractors, compare quotes, and issue purchase orders.
- Prepare building permit documentation and liaise with municipalities to acquire permits.
- Minimum of 5 years of trades-related work experience on residential construction sites.
- Post-secondary diploma in Architectural or Construction Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience in the off-site modular construction industry is an asset.
- Red Seal Journeyman carpenter ticket would be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore is an asset.
