Python Software Engineer – Trading Systems

We’re working with a top-tier proprietary trading firm that’s quietly building out its core technology group.

This role sits close to trading, risk and PnL, but it’s not front-office support. You’ll own Python systems that are business-critical, highly visible, and used daily by traders, risk and operations teams.

• Strong Python experience in production environments
• Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, Linux, and backend services
• Experience building robust, data-critical systems (financial or similar domains)
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and evolving problems
• Background in trading, financial services, or other high-reliability systems is important
