We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Data Analyst Intern (Social & CRM) (Full-time internship)

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources i.e., Braze, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics.
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and complex data models.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and key metrics using Excel and/or other BI tools.
• Assist in generating insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Create clear, easy-to-understand data visualizations and summaries.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and business reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRO, Analytics Team and Publishing Teams) to understand data requirements.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Power Query, macros, etc.).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (Jupyter) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
