Looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to lead initiatives aimed at improving end user computing operations and enhancing user experience through intelligent automation. The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI, along with a strong background in scripting, infrastructure automation, and workflow orchestration
ROLE: Automation Specialist – GenAI & Agentic AI for End User Computing
Job Description:-
GenAI & Agentic AI Automation
Design and implement agentic AI workflows for provisioning, compliance, and remediation tasks.
Deploy GenAI powered virtual agents for ticket triage, contextual help, and predictive issue resolution.
Use AI driven telemetry and analytics to monitor user experience and trigger automated responses.
Integrate GenAI tools into EUC platforms to improve self service and reduce manual workload.
Automation & Scripting
Develop PowerShell and Python scripts for automation of workflows and reporting.
Use Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code for hybrid and cloud environments.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
Workflow Orchestration
Build business process automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools.
Integrate platforms such as ServiceNow, Teams, and Intune to streamline workflows and notifications.
Monitoring & Optimization
Track system performance and user experience metrics.
Identify automation opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Enablement
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Train IT staff and end users on new tools, workflows, and AI capabilities.
Required Skills :-
Experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar).
Hands on knowledge of agentic AI design and orchestration.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :-
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals.
Experience with Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows.
OpenAI Developer Certification or equivalent.
Agentic AI Automation Specialist certification.
Terraform Associate.
Understanding of Agile and ITIL frameworks.
Soft Skills :-
Customer focused mindset with a passion for improving user experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
