Now, we're on the lookout for a professional Junior Product Designer to join us in Singapore.

Your Role on Our Journey

As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products, including the mobile app, management backend, and operational systems. You will work together within the Group Technology team to translate business requirements into well-designed, user-centric and implementable product solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Be responsible for the full-process design of core products (mobile App, management backend and operation system), including user experience (UX), interface design (UI) and interaction design (IxD).

• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform business requirements into implementable product solutions.

• Lead the construction and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products and a high-quality visual experience.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize the design process, enhance work efficiency, and achieve intelligent assistance in daily design work.

• Continuously optimize the product experience through user research, data analysis and prototype testing.

• Provide design solutions to support marketing activities, brand promotion and user growth strategies.

• Pay attention to the trends in the mobile travel industry and put forward suggestions for innovative design and experience improvement.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in design, interaction, art or related fields.

• At least 2-3 years of product design experience, with experience in mobile application design preferred.

• Proficient in UX/UI design methodology and skilled in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Create Suite.

• Have complete experience in building design systems and sensitive visual design capabilities.

• Those who are familiar with and can effectively utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and optimize work processes are preferred.

• Have practical experience in user research, prototype design and usability testing.

• Possess excellent cross-team communication and project management skills and be capable of independently promoting the implementation of design projects.

• Those with a strong interest in high-end travel services, transportation, and the mobile Internet industry will be given priority.

Bonus

• Have experience in brand design and marketing visual material design.

• Familiar with Rive animation or Lottie animation design.

• Fluent in English reading and writing, and can be used as a working language.
