You’d be working closely with a small team in a hands-on role. It’s a good fit for someone who likes responsibility, being involved in everyday decisions, and having the space to influence how things are done.

What we're looking for:

• Strong academic background
• Someone comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions in real time
• Good judgement around risk
• Confident with tools, data, & technical collaboration
• Naturally drawn to smaller, close-knit teams

Candidates based in Europe will also be considered.
