We’re seeking a Senior Developer for Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent Copilot solutions and AI agents that augment enterprise productivity, customer experience, and process efficiency. This role combines AI strategy, business consulting, and technical delivery to help organizations harness Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Dynamics 365 integrations for generative, conversational, and autonomous capabilities. You will partner with enterprise clients across industries—including Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, and Public Sector—to identify Copilot use cases, design agent frameworks, and deliver solutions that can function as standalone systems or integrate seamlessly with broader Microsoft ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Strategy
- Lead Copilot visioning and discovery workshops to identify AI opportunity areas aligned with business goals.
- Translating industry-specific pain points into actionable Copilot and AI agent use cases (e.g., claims processing, citizen service automation, patient support).
- Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define measurable ROI and KPIs for Copilot implementations.
- Develop business case documentation, adoption playbooks, and executive-ready presentations for stakeholder alignment.
Technical Delivery & Governance
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Service, Agent SDK, Azure Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service to deliver conversational and workflow automation experiences.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 and beyond, connecting Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party SaaS or on-premise systems through APIs, webhooks, and connectors
- Develop reusable components, plugins, and SDKs to extend Copilot Agent capabilities across domains, ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Implement advanced AI techniques, including prompt engineering, context orchestration, grounding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance reasoning, personalization, and compliance in LLM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with data, AI, and cloud architects to ensure Copilot solutions meet enterprise performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Implement AI agent lifecycle management—versioning, monitoring, retraining, and improvement loops.
- Continuously evaluate Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and related technology updates for roadmap alignment.
- Contribute to reusable assets, industry-specific reference architectures, and Copilot practice knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain automated regression tests for Copilot Studio agents (multi-turn flows and action/connector calls) and implement production-grade observability (structured logging, dashboards, and alerting) to monitor success rate, latency, and failures end-to-end.
- Understand Copilot Studio/Power Platform licensing and consumption model, and design agents/flows to optimize usage, cost, and environment capacity.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance alignment when deploying AI agents within regulated sectors such as Banking and Public Sector environments.
- Champion innovation by exploring new AI orchestration frameworks, plugin architectures, and workflow automation models that enhance enterprise productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and deploying Copilot Agents or intelligent bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of LLM-based application design, conversational UX, and AI reasoning orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, data connectors, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-system environments across business domains (HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.).
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for backend and automation scripting.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
- Build and maintain automated regression tests for Copilot Studio agents (multi-turn flows and action/connector calls) and implement production-grade observability (structured logging, dashboards, and alerting) to monitor success rate, latency, and failures end-to-end.
- Understand Copilot Studio/Power Platform licensing and consumption model, and design agents/flows to optimize usage, cost, and environment capacity.
- Proven experience implementing ALM for Copilot Studio/Power Platform solutions, including environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), solution packaging, versioning, and controlled releases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio and Power Platform, automating solution export/import, deployment validation, and rollback-friendly release management (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform Developer, are a strong plus.
