About the Role

Arkan Marketing is looking for a Junior Software Developer to support the development and improvement of internal dashboards, automations, and web-based products. This role focuses on assisting with coding tasks, improving existing code, and supporting product development rather than leading complex system architecture.

You will work closely with the team to turn ideas into practical digital solutions that support internal operations and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with writing, testing, and improving code for company products.
• Review existing code and assist in resolving issues or enhancing code quality.
• Support the development of:
• Dashboards
• Automations using Python
• Websites and web applications using XGS
• Help organize, refactor, and maintain existing codebases.
• Support product development from idea to online deployment.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and suggest simple technical solutions.
• Help maintain and update existing systems when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development or internships.
• Basic knowledge of Python and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with dashboards, automation tools, or internal systems is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently living in Qatar.
• Ready to work immediately is a plus.
