Your Impact

As a Project Manager (all genders) at eduki, you will enable our engineering organization to reliably deliver high-quality, scalable educational products by bringing structure, clarity, and predictability to complex technical initiatives. Your work will ensure that our teams can focus on building impactful solutions that support eduki’s mission to enhance education. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

  • Delivery Enablement: You coordinate and support a development team of 10+ engineers, ensuring smooth communication, clear responsibilities, and efficient day-to-day workflows across teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Roadmap: You create, maintain, and continuously improve the technical roadmap by documenting initiatives, dependencies, priorities, and timelines. You translate high-level strategic and technical inputs into clear, actionable tasks that teams can execute against.
  • Agile Excellence: You facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring they run effectively and add real value.
  • Improvement: You continuously improve project management processes, task quality, and backlog standards to increase predictability, productivity, and delivery quality in an evolving technical environment.



Your Skills And Expertise

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager (all genders) who is passionate about creating structure in technical teams and enabling engineers to do their best work in pursuit of eduki’s educational mission. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:

  • You bring strong project management experience with a solid understanding of software development processes and Agile ways of working.
  • You have proven experience coordinating large engineering teams (10+ engineers) and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • You excel at structuring work, defining clear requirements, maintaining high-quality documentation, and managing well-prioritized backlogs in Jira.
  • You have a proven track record of creating structure, improving processes, and increasing delivery predictability.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with technical leadership and delivery teams and are comfortable working in English within an international environment.


Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in Ukraine. Additionally, you’ll need to be registered as sole proprietor (FOP).

Attractive Compensation Package: We are committed to providing a salary that reflects both market standards and individual qualifications. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 30.000 EUR and 38.200 EUR.
