đź’ˇHave you ever wanted to design digital experiences that really matter?

🔥This is your chance to join a high-performing Design team working on large-scale, customer-facing digital products where your ideas won’t just sit in a deck…they’ll go live.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with UI bias who loves solving real problems, partnering closely with brilliant people, and turning insight into elegant, usable design. If you enjoy owning the design journey end-to-end, this one’s for you!

🎨 What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, Research and UX Leads to shape meaningful user experiences
  • Taking ideas from discovery and insight all the way through to high-fidelity designs and delivery
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes and polished UI that bring concepts to life
  • Mapping user journeys, flows and information architecture to simplify complex experiences
  • Iterating confidently based on research, testing, data and stakeholder feedback
  • Working closely with developers to ensure designs land exactly as intended
  • Championing user-centred design and best practice across the product lifecycle
  • Contributing to design critiques and raising the bar for craft and collaboration
  • Keeping a curious eye on emerging trends, tools and techniques

🧠 What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years’ experience designing digital products in a consumer-facing environment
  • A strong portfolio that shows how you think, not just what things look like
  • Confidence using tools like Figma (and collaborating via design systems)
  • Solid grounding in UX principles, research and usability testing
  • A clear communicator who can tell the story behind the design including to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams
  • Naturally curious, collaborative and proactive
  • Bonus points if you understand the basics of front-end development

🌟 Why this role stands out

  • Design at scale real users, real impact
  • Work alongside experienced UX leaders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Plenty of scope to influence, grow and shape future products
  • A role where good design is genuinely valued
