You will help lead the architecture and development of our software platform, executing the technical strategy for processing and analysing vast streams of IoT data from our devices, while designing scalable systems that deliver actionable, real-time insights to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend technical strategy while contributing to the backend roadmap, ensuring alignment between both areas.
- Drive execution on multiple projects, navigating through uncertainties and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the product to deliver rapid prototypes and innovative user experiences.
- Define and uphold technical standards related to system design, scalability, and code quality, while coaching junior team members through feedback and code reviews.
- Monitor systems to identify and resolve complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
- 6+ years of experience developing software, with extensive knowledge of our tech stack (React and TypeScript, Python, Postgres and AWS services)
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups or creative agencies
- Strong visual and UX awareness, with close attention to detail
- Ability to design and create new systems from scratch
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Vue.js
- Experience with the Chalice Python package
- Direct experience building applications using LLMs
- Experience with infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
