The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing our UI technology stack, rewriting existing Angular components, and ensuring seamless feature parity while improving performance, maintainability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration of existing Angular components, services, and modules into React with best practices.
Build high-quality, reusable front-end components using React.js, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries.
Interpret and refactor legacy Angular code into clean, optimized React code.
Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable and performant applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Identify gaps in requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Write unit tests and ensure high code quality using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on professional experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, React Hooks, Redux / Zustand / Context API, and TypeScript.
Prior experience working with Angular (Angular 2+) and deep understanding of Angular component and service architecture.
Proven experience in migrating or rewriting Angular applications to React.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, and modern UI/UX principles.
Experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.
Good knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks.
Experience with state management libraries beyond Redux (e.g., Zustand, Recoil).
Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure).
