About Us
DTC Pages is a Shopify-focused growth partner, specializing in conversion rate optimization for ambitious e-commerce brands. We work with seven- to nine-figure Shopify stores, delivering measurable results through UX, design, development, and structured experimentation. Our team combines research, strategy, and creative execution to help clients scale efficiently and sustainably.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, conversion-centered UX/UI Designer to design high-performing e-commerce experiences that drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with CROs, PMs, and Developers to translate research and data insights into actionable design solutions. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Design conversion-centered e-commerce experiences, including wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CROs, PMs, and Developers to implement and test designs
- Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles
- Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing
- Iterate designs based on analytics, qualitative feedback, and A/B test results
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable assets, and internal libraries
- Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing speed, clarity, and impact
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in e-commerce or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-driven design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma
- Familiarity with generative AI image tools
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers and CRO Specialists
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO principles
- Experience with handoff and collaboration tools such as Notion and Slack
- Basic understanding of HTML

Hiring Process
Our selection process consists of four stages, designed to ensure a strong mutual fit:

- A deeper interview with our CRO Lead and a Designer, including role-specific and technical questions.
- Technical Challenge
- A practical design challenge to better understand your approach to problem-solving, UX thinking, and execution.
