Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
- Experience in planning and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Experience in guiding teams to higher scrum maturity
- Skills to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Scrum Master certified
- Experience leading teams, coaching, and evaluating performance
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) skills are a must.
