Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to join Our Client’s team. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, producing regular reports, and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

• Analyze data trends across multiple business functions, including marketing, workforce development, and product performance.

• Collaborate with various teams to identify reporting needs and deliver insights in a timely manner.

• Build automation for recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Integrate data from tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI.

• Help the team make data-informed decisions by translating complex data into understandable insights.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar.

• Experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot for data reporting.

• Familiarity with building data automations and optimizing reporting pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with workforce development, EdTech, or SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python for data manipulation.

• Prior experience supporting teams in LATAM or international markets.

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborative and communicative — able to coordinate with remote teams.

• Comfortable handling multiple data sources and prioritizing tasks.

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST

Salary and Benefits:
